@ejd - the penny didn't drop, cos I've only ever heard his name spoken. Yeah, Banya's the one from Seinfeld who I was quoting - with his rubbish banter and all.

Wonderful. Reminded me of St Etienne - which is a good thing in my book - not just the vocals but also the main horn part. Marginally less persuaded by the drum'n'bass interludes, but that's just because I'm old...
At this rate we're going to need a RR Compilation tape (mustn't forget Blimpy's glorious Run JAMC track). As a PC user I don't have Garageband, but I've found an open-source sequencer programme and intend to start experimenting.

Thanks for your kind words, Abahachi!! that drum and bass part is actually from a Mikey Dread song. I didn't realize he had died until later that evening when I saw Blimpy's post.
And Blimpy, when are you going to post Run JAMC and any of your other mashups? Podbean has been very compliant lately, and youTube is a faithful old friend.
Blimey, that's impressive - lovely tune that romps along, great chorus, and interesting lyrics (betraying your filmmaker roots). With a decent mic, this would be straight into the RR top hundred, with a bullet. The refrain is an earworm already...keep it up.
