I'm right there for you if the theme is Ducks as we have proved before!

  2. OK y'all. We need some commitment here. Let's each choose a song now i.e. before we know that theme and set ourselves the task of coming up with a convincing recommendation for it on RR - whether it fits the theme or not. I'm chossing Armadillo and hoping against hope that this week's theme is Songs About Members Of The Dasypodidae Family...

  6. Oops, sorry shane - in my commitment to the pun, I didn't see you'd bagged the duck. I'll go for A Blow For Me, A Toot For You instead in the hope that we're recommending songs about distribution of wealth.

  7. Hellooooo, everyone. Laptop! Internet connection!! But very dodgy, I can see why people gave up on RR. So we'll see where everything is later. I still might not be able to get aboard the Guardian Internet. Don't want to spoil the fun, but I think I'm an RR addict.

  8. He He steenb.. you just can't leave it, can you?
ms sane made me stop looking up RR when we went away last weekend and I had such cracking suggestions....

I now have to think quite carefully about what I nominate as I can only post a couple of times.. as it can't cope in the background while I'm doing art stuff.. a blessing for Maddy, don't know how Dorian coped for so long!

May1366, you might have more scope with that one. Although drugs has already been a RR topic.. (see how carefully I worded that)

  9. @ aaarrghhhhh!! steenbeck - you fed me an instrumental!!!

This is going to be a challenge and a half. The odd 'bah, ba, ba, bah' isn't going to go very far - unless the theme is Songs With Sheep Noises...
