    self hosting = having this website NOT hosted by someone that may delete it at any time.

    As much as I enjoy the familiarity of blogger, I think the next warning should be our cue. Squarespace seems like a good option as it would allow us to export everything from the 'Spill, I can get a 10% discount.

    Yes, this is still the main one - I'm yet to sort out a lot of stuff on the WP site - at least now we dont have the worry that 2812 posts may be deleted
