The Phantom Band - The Howling on MUZU.
The Phantom Band have made a video for one of the tracks off their excellent debut LP (on Chemikal Underground Records). It's catchy and has a hint of the old Morricone mixed in with the slight sinisterness. I caught them at Homegame, and they were damn intense. Amazingly no two Phantom Band songs sound the same! They're playing the Outsider Festival in June, with King Creosote, Malcolm Middleton, James Yorkston, Teenage Fanclub, Attic Lights, Sharleen Spiteri, Roddy Woomble, and more in the beautiful Highlands. See you by the waterfall!
