This video has been doing the viral rounds for a few months apparently, but I've just seen it for the first time, and it's incredible.
This lass won Ukraine's Got Talent last year. She does animations in sand - this one depicts the German invasion of the Soviet Union in WW2. I'm going to stick my neck out and say she's got more talent than Susan Boyle.

It's rather moving, isn't it?
but what do you have to sell at the end of all that effort?
I asked her to marry me a few month back..
Mrs Maki and I have really enjoyed this, thanks Barbryn.
Why am I not surprised she won the "Ukrainians Got Sand" competition?
Sorry for my geographic ignorance, but does Ukraine have beaches?
You should know your Crimean War history Tin really.
I'll learn European history if you learn Canada's.
Ummm, Jacques Cartier, "je me souviens", Acadians, er, Vancouver 2010!!
that'll do it
um Magna Carta, Bonaparte, Let them eat cake
On a serious note, this Vancouver2010 is weirding me out. I remember when it was awarded. 2010 seemed so far away.
When I got to a site that already had a tincanman, I used tincanman2010 'cause of the Olympics. 6 years later, I look like I just signed up.
It'll be bloody 1984 soon!
Was blown away by this - The Guardian ran it about 6 months ago. Not everyday you see a new art form. Plenty more on UToob - but this one is especially astonishing & moving.
WOW!
Amazing.
that quite literally blew my noggin! Incredible!
