Spirits Up Above

No, not the optics down the Barley Mow, the ghosts of our ancestors looking after us as we sleep. This is a beautiful song from a beautiful band - Osibisa. I commend it to your spirits...

There were loads of Osibisa albums floating round in my school days, but I never bothered investigating; dunno why.

darcey's dad - may have been the Roger Dean covers put you off : gawd knows I didn't like Yes...but saw Osibisa live and they blew me away.
thanks blimpy and nilpferd : and that looks like a great discovery on Amazon to augment my African collection. Thing is with music in a different language : how can you nominate it - eg most of Youssou N'Dour ?

tincanman - I only have one email address (yeah I know) and I guard my privacy jealously, so I'd rather we communicated here - til I have another one...I'm such a luddite I find in spurts I can cope with internet, but often just fall back on what I've already set up. Sorry mate.
