The Mae Shi

I saw this video on some blog, and I liked it quite a bit. But the most amazing thing about it for me, was that I couldn't remember any 'Spiller ever mentioning this band. And that NEVER happens. (I'm sure Saneshane & Mnemonic know all about them) Apparently they've been around for a while and this is the song that's going to ruin them by making them popular, but there you are...

I'd heard of them and had a sample track from Pinglewood last January but I wasn't over-impressed then. It's a great video and the track is way ahead of what they were doing a year ago. That ending is stolen from The Dirtbombs, though....
