Words of Wisdom

Not sure my nominations are particularly on target this week, but I wanted to practice using Wiretap and Boxstr, so thought i'd try my first topic related Spill...

Supersnazz - Do Your Homework

last time I looked for ARE Weapons (for Blimpy) I put my shoulder out searching and was off work for 4 days..

What I'm saying is glad you've posted it...

Looking forward to a listen later too.

i have now dl'ed the ARE track, so hopefully there'll be no more injuries!

i once practically severed my finger trying to make a cheese baguette. i then fainted and broke my nose.

the pursuit of pleasure can be a dangerous one.

@TFD

I thought about a picture, but didn't know how to put it up! How do you put in photos/pictures/Youtube links etc?

on the (unrelated) plus side - i got "my sharona" by the knack for 50p on 7" today!!

on the posting side of things:

1. Pictures: there's a wee picture button you press on the toolbar atop the compose post window.

2. Youtube: copy and paste the embed code from the youtube page (found tothe right of the video) into the html window when composing a post.

@Blimpy

Thanks, i'll give it a try. Just gotta find a suitably witty and related picture, hmm....

I must also confess to having a 7" of "My Sharona" (Japanese Edition)....great song!

@ Blimpy re music on TV ads:

Yesterday I heard Westworld's Sonic Boom Boy on the telly. By the time I'd registered what I was singing along to and taken off the Teletext, the ad had gone. What the hell is it being used on: anyone know??
