Heaven Knows Where We Are Going

We Know We Will. One of the finest hymns to life anywhere by a severely under-rated band, perhaps because few people were exposed to them, who knows. Woyaya came complete with flying elephant Roger Dean cover, so had every chance. Live they were sensational. This perfectly fits the adventure we are all on.
"It will be hard, we know
And the road will be muddy and rough
But we'll get there
Heaven knows how we will get there
We know we will"

It moves me like Nkosi sikele afrika moves me, deep in my spirit. I commend it to thee and thine, and, of course, the A-list.

This song. It was used as the opening & closing theme for a program on Australian ABC TV in 1976 called "Which Hunt", a show that explored various religious faiths (I think).

The song has stayed in the back of my mind for decades, and recently I've been sifting through old cassette recordings and stumbled upon it again, and I love it. I love the guitar playing, I love the emotion in the vocal as the voice breaks, I love the arrangement of the kids chorus. Even hearing an ancient cassette recording off a TV speaker from a cheap condenser mic, it sends a chill down my spine.

The link to the sound file is not active, but not to worry. I will find it, heaven knows where I will find it - I know I will.
