Improv Everywhere

I like improv everywhere. It doesn't always work, but when it does, it's killer. We could probably plan a 'Spill-cast international action that would rule the universe. But in the meantime, here are two that I like, and you can look on the youTube channels to explore more...

I hate musicals, but I love this...

I wonder what I would do if I witnessed something like that. I'd probably run away for the musical, or maybe I wouldn't, because it takes to the extreme what I don't like about them: nobody bursts out into song randomly in real life. Well they did.

Well I would, but you wouldn't necessarily want to inflict it upon your ears! I believe tfd has a lovely singing voice, though

I don't know about that [blush] but I certainly do break into random song...just ask my kids, it makes them cringe!

So DebbyM will organize the German contingent, and TFD the Scottish, in our international action.

Actually I felt bad for saying I "hate" musicals. I don't feel that strongly about it. But Yes, Ejaydee--I think that's exactly why it works. And all that fuss over some napkins--they capture that sort of phony/over the top emotion that never entirely convinces me in an actual musical.

I think the surprising thing in the train station one is that anybody noticed--it's NYC, after all.

Blimpy--I think some of the other actions they do would make interesting music videos.

I'm excited to see what the new guy will pick. On tenterhooks!!
