Pete Rock

I just love Pete Rock.
Two tracks ( Go With the Flow should have been on my flute list) from the first thing he put out with CL Smooth, an EP called All Souled Out.
Three tracks from Petestrumentals, his mostly instrumental album.
2 tracks from his solo albums featuring various members of the Wu Tang Clan. (Listen to the sample on Tha Game, I don't know what it is, but it kills me.)
And some work he did on other people's albums--Talib Kweli, Public Enemy, and Nas, in that order.

Mecca & the Soul Brother
Go WIth The Flow
Give it to Y'all
Hip Hopcrisy
Smooth Sailing
Tha Game
The PJs
Holy Moly
Shut Em Down
The World is Yours

I've found the list of please and thank you songs and the new theme is eyes and sight but no trace of the blog yet.

And while I'm online, let me apologise for nominating Try Me last week, I should have remembered it's yours. Looks like I missed a great week on the 'Spill too!

I should have said Shut em Down is a remix, he didn't produce the original.

My part of the world!! Is that NYC, I'm guessing? We were going to go in next week to see my brother, but he'll be out of town, so maybe later. Are you in a new time zone?
