Thanks cauliflower, but whatever song it was got me thinking about Rory for this topic, that wasn't it.

Enjoyed it though, and a reminder of both the talent he was and, in the slightly shambolic moments, why he never 'went global' as they say.

Awww that was great.There are probably many reasons Rory didn't go global. Dress sense? Shyness? Alcohol? Lack of studio production (On stage he's the biz, but LPs in that era usually had to show a bit more innovation to go the distance. A Tony Visconti style 'live' album a la 'Live & Dangerous' might have worked) but at least it gives us all a quick answer to those ' Who is the most underrated...?' type questions.
