Steady your nerves...

..but try not hopping around to this monster Louie Vega remix of Ultra Nate's twisted...

A few anxious Annies and nervous Nellies..

Martin Phillips threw a party in his heart.. sadly, no-one has turned up, so he's fighting back the tears waiting for you to come home... in the meantime, the dips, cakes and meringues are going mouldy and the value of the whisky's twice what it was sold at..

Garageland just made sense of all your records- now they feel sick..

DJ Christian Prommer's Drum Lesson is a nujazz project reworking famous house tracks- here's his take on MAW's "The nervous track"

Lastly, Agitation, from E.S.P, the first album of the awesome second Miles Davis Quintet... nail biter powered by Tony Williams ants-in-your-pants drumming, and Miles' skittish mute.

Not too bad today FP.. a bit mixed. Tomorrow might be our first sunday brunch of the year outside in the courtyard.
FP, check RR if you haven't already for Christian Prommer's Myspace site.
Blimpy's tip about audacity was a good one, Mnemonic; it seems to work fine on PC's and I think I've figured out how to use it. My first Intros test on the way...

I enjoyed Herr Prommer’s version of Daft Punk’s Around The World on MySpace, but Nervous Track is better, I think.

Of the Chills songs I know, that’s definitely my favourite.

I also like the Prommer version of Trans Europe Express, not sure if it's on the Myspace site, but worth hearing.

I thought ‘I’ve already heard a jazz version of Trans Europe Express’ but I realise it’s Jason Moran’s version of Planet Rock that I’m thinking of. So … sort of.
