I used to love this song and Sonja Kristina was a real star. I just wanted to be just like her when I was a girl. This photograph is a great one of her;
I think it's just me and you on the 'Spill carole!
I hadn't heard this song for years - it certainly stands the test of time. I always thought of Sonia Kristina as a bit too slutty - I still do but somehow I don't mind so much now. Is this something to do with my age?
Astonishingly, the long-dead music paper "Sounds" once gave away a free ***colour*** poster of... Curved Air's _drummer_. Calm down, girls. As for "Back Street Luv", am I alone in thinking that it would make a much better song without all those farting synths?
Sonja Kristina's 80s/90s album "Songs From The Acid Folk" is an undiscovered jewel...

Actually ToffeeBoy, I think it was her confident almost slutty persona that I found so very attractive as a shy teenager.
When I was 14 or 15 there weren't many female role models in music and she really stood out.
The song really stands up well too, doesn't it.
Donds, I like it.
