While most development groups say money from carbon offsets should be used to help poor people, you gotta admit the job does get easier the less poor people there are. True a Rwandan dirt farmer only creates maybe a tenth the carbon that I do, but 10 less Rwandan farmers and we're all square!

I'm not sure I'm following this, TCM. Then again, it has been a long day and the train broke down on the way home. But at least I didn't use the car.
