It's an interesting-sounding song. I'm not sure it really goes anywhere but it's growing on me. As a power-ballad fan, though, i think i need a bigger chorus.
The eighties influence is massive, of course. Rather than being a reimagined version of the cooler elements, it actually sounds like it was recorded twenty-or-so years ago.

Everyone's probably seen it already but the "literal version" of Total Eclipse Of The Heart is amusing.
Hehe, I definitely see the connection with the abandoned warehouse type location, and the literal version of TEOTH is a classic.
