Um, actually I thought this was a bit lacklustre, and I love how life-affirming Los Lobos can sound. Sorry. Anyway, as an alternative to an olive branch, look 'upwards' a couple of threads.
Hahaha! Actually, tfd, you are so far in credit with my tunes, you can diss as many as you like.
With one or two exceptions, I really thought this DsD Social CD would end up as CD coffeemats all round. ANY positive feedback was gonna be worth double credit. You're easily its biggest fan so far ...
Re Los Lobos specifically, they're one of the bands that can most easily make me abandon myself to the music, even though I don't think I own any of their albums. Combine that with Sesame Street's legendary positivity, and this video really brought me down by its surprising failure to lift me up ... if that makes sense.
Sorry if I sounded churlish: it wasn't my intention.

Hope Paul's seen this.
(I saw Los Lobos once. Smallish club in Vancouver. They were as good as you'd expect. Or better.)
I like this too, thanks TFD. We have an Elmo living here...

No problemo, DsD: after all, didn't I say I didn't like one of yours the other week?
