Loved Pamelo Mounk'a and Jorge Ben. Shuggie Otis was nice, too, as was Shuggie Otis.

Milestones is obviously one of my all time favourite tracks.. first time I heard it was the result of a request I posted for it on a radio show as a 10 yr old.. reminded of this talking to my dad tonight..
Nifty boogaloo, the Jorge Ben and Pamelo Mounk'a are irresistable, listening to Daft Punk reminds me there is way too little electronic music on RR.. nice Morricone.. my fav. Morricone arrangement (and trumpet solo) is on
Un Uomo da Rispettare

Shuggie is doubly good, GF's neighbour if I recall.
Was that track from a film Nilpferd?
I'm thinking of doing a Lalo (Schifrin), Ennio (Morricone), Gorgio (Moroder) post. Or anyother film composer with a first name that ends in "o", ooh like Nino (Rota).

Allmovie.com and IMDB tell me it was an obscure, 1972 italian-german co-production about a master thief. Starring Kirk Douglas, English title The Master Touch, aka A man to respect.

Better add Johnno Barryo to your list.

Johnny Barry will have to fit in another post with Quincy Jonesy.
