Good on ya' ejay. Interesting to see that 'donde' is there with almost exactly the same meaning as our own dear 'dond'...

Just one more thing Sarah Palin knew nothing about..
Marbury v. Madison, the Truman doctrine, and now the dondle..

EJ, you'll receive the spillessional medal of honour for this..

Thanks everyone for your support. Anybody who hasn't, keep giving the RR definition the thumbs up. My guess is that it'll put decency at the top.
I'm submitting a definition for dond, which should appear in the next few months.

COMPETITION TIME:

What should be the sample sentence? I feel like I dropped the ball in the one for dondle, I should've been more adventurous.

EJD- from the vaults, you could do worse than this brilliant effort from a former RR contributor.. "frogprincess - I'm about a thousand of the million slaps over Babooshka, so a kilo of 'donds."

Alternatively, Murphsup's variation:
Oh yes, this is bloody marvellous. Ultradonded!!

Or you could go with the original and classic Blimpism:

Immediate and massive 'donds to the Fannies and Buggles, whixh were the first songs that sprung to my mind, unfortunately I now have that Corrs song ("so I listen to the radio..) bouncing round my blimp sized cranuim and it's proving impossible to dislodge!! AAaaaargh!
(sic).

Given that this is all about explaining the idiom to the outside world, I'd go with the Blimpy quote as being more readily comprehensible if you don't already know what a dond is...

Or you could just say High Fidelity? Read the book? Seen the movie? You'll love the blog... :-))))

Was a little confused there for a while, until I scrolled down the page.
